Steve Johnston has dedicated his career to representing individuals in personal injury litigation and trials. He has worked on a variety of cases in the areas of medical malpractice and products liability. He has extensive experience in developing case strategy, leading discovery, and working with and deposing medical and scientific experts in complex litigation.

Steve focuses his work on pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. In addition to representing individual plaintiffs and serving as a managing attorney for various mass tort dockets, he has provided litigation support to Plaintiffs’ Steering Committees and Science & Expert subcommittees in mass tort cases.

Steve’s approach to every case is built upon tireless work, thorough preparation, and a commitment to excellence. He seeks efficient resolution of cases through informal settlement discussions and alternative dispute resolution, including mediations and settlement conferences, when appropriate. But he strongly believes that sometimes the only way to obtain justice for a client is to ask a jury to deliver it through a verdict at trial.

Steve continuously tries to harness the power of technology to obtain an edge in litigation and trial practice. He is constantly searching for and implementing new and innovative ways to advocate for his clients with the use of cutting-edge technology and systems.
